Pineapple Grove is the strip of NE 2nd Avenue that runs north from Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach, Florida. This page is deliberately short. We list what we could confirm from the operators and the Delray Beach Downtown Development Authority (DDA), and we say plainly what we could not. Checked Oct. 20, 2026.

Where it is

Start at Atlantic Avenue and NE 2nd Avenue and walk north. Arts Garage, at 94 NE 2nd Ave, sits at the district’s south end. Brule Gastro-Kitchen, at 200 NE 2nd Ave, says it opened “in Pineapple Grove” in 2007. Old School Square, at 51 N Swinton Ave, is to the west on the same side of Atlantic. We found no official boundary page, so we do not say where the district ends, and we have not put a pin on our map for it.

What we could not confirm

Several things are repeated about Pineapple Grove on travel and real estate sites: where the name came from, a pineapple mural, and a district office address. We could not trace any of them to the City, the DDA or the Delray Beach Historical Society, so they are not on this page. If you can point us to a primary source, we will add it.

Nearby

Pineapple Grove pairs well with Old School Square and the Saturday GreenMarket. The history page covers the schools and early town, and plan your visit helps you string the stops together.
